Hi! My name is Celinne. I am passionate about health, wellness, and the power of exercise. After experiencing firsthand the benefits of fitness on both physical and mental health, I decided that I want to help other women feel the same joy. As a certified personal trainer, I focus on creating customized fitness programs that cater to the unique needs of women at all stages of life.

For expectant and new mothers, staying fit can be challenging but incredibly beneficial. I am certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness. I want to help you stay active through each stage of pregnancy and beyond.
During pregnancy I can help you find workouts that can help your pregnancy journey go smoother and feel more comfortable. These tailored routines help improve posture, reduce back pain, and prepare the body for the physical demands of labor.
Post-pregnancy, I can help you transition back into exercise safely, focusing on rebuilding core strength, addressing diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and enhancing overall recovery.

Many young women unfortunatly starts to work out for appearence. This is many times pressure coming from the outside. I want to help women find inner motivation, rooting in health benefits and happiness.
There are many reasons why you should work out as a young adult. This can improve both physical and mental health. It is also a great way to create good habits before you complicate your life further, reaching career goals and,/or starting a family.
Some women find their love och working out during pregnancy, If you haven’t already started working out, this is the right time. Giving birth is probably the tuffest work out you are going to go through, therefor you need to prepare and strengthen your body,
Many women find the hormonal changes during manopaus to affect them both mentaly and physically. Working out may help you maintain a positive mindset and a strong and healthy body.
Fasting regularly can have potential benefits, such as improved metabolism, better digestion, and increased focus, but it’s important to approach it with caution. The effects of fasting vary from person to person, and it may not be suitable for everyone, especially if you have specific health conditions, are very active, or need consistent energy throughout the day. If you're considering regular fasting, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional or a nutritionist to ensure it's done safely and in a way that supports your individual health and lifestyle needs.
Carbohydrates are not bad for you; they are an important source of energy for your body, particularly for the brain and muscles. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes provide essential nutrients and fiber, supporting overall health. However, highly processed and sugary carbs, like those found in sweets and refined grains should be consumed in moderation. A balanced approach to carbohydrates is the best way to fuel your body and maintain energy.

To burn fat, a combination of regular exercise and a healthy diet is essential.
